Ipeleng Mohajane

Ipeleng is an experienced family law solicitor with a particular interest in international child abduction and public law children proceedings. She continues to be instructed by the International Child Abduction and Contact Unit (ICACU) to act for parents whose children have been abducted to England and Wales. She has acted for the Official Solicitor on behalf of vulnerable clients.

She joined Hornby and Levy, working as a paralegal then trainee solicitor, and qualified in 2014. She previously worked at a north west London law firm as a paralegal.

She is a member of CALA, the Child Abduction Lawyers Association.
