Dilishi Dhanapala

Dilishi joined Philcox Gray as a family solicitor in July 2023. Dilishi completed her law degree at the University of Greenwich in 2003 and postgraduate legal practice course diploma at the Inns of Court School of Law, in 2004. After her graduation Dilishi spent two years working on private client matters at two West London firms and in 2006 joined the Department of Constitutional Affairs. Dilishi then spent the next 10 years working with ministerial teams in that department and the Ministry of Justice on civil and family procedure court rules, policy, industrial relations, and corporate governance. In 2017, Dilishi re-entered the private sector and worked in two South London firms, handling a variety of civil cases (i.e. family, private client, housing, residential conveyancing, and litigation cases). Dilishi has a particular interest in assisting victims of domestic abuse and children matters.
