Poppy Bourke


Poppy is a newly qualified solicitor in the Housing department. Poppy advises clients on a wide range of issues including homelessness, possession proceedings, disrepair and judicial review. Poppy has a particular interest in the provision of accommodation and support to children and young people.

Poppy previously worked for the Centre for Capital Punishment Studies, assisting defence teams in capital cases in Uganda. She studied Law and Sociology at Warwick University and obtained an MPhil in Criminology from Cambridge University. Outside work, Poppy volunteers at the London South Bank University Advice Clinic.
